Building Your Coding Skills – 26 November (Part 1) & 28 November (Part 2) 2019

The United Nations (UN) have adopted targets that include Star Ratings. iRAP assessments are an internationally recognised approach to managing road safety risk and saving lives, and road agencies in more than 100 countries have used iRAP assessments.
To help you improve your coding skills to perform Star Rating assessments, iRAP will deliver this interactive two-sessions webinar course with the following content:
- The coding manual and principles
- Coding a segment of road together
- Coding assignment and reviews
- Tips for coding techniques and quality assurance
- Questions and Answers.
The webinar sessions will be held on GoToWebinar in two parts, on the 26 and 28/11, at 12pm SAST (UTC+2). Each session will have 60 to 75 minutes.
Pre reading materials and assignments are also part of this course and will be available on Schoology.
Important note: This is an advanced coding course. Participants will ideally have had some experience with coding prior to this course.
