August 17 2020: At a Mexican Road Association (AMIVTAC) online event, the Eng Vinicio Andres Serment Guerrero, General Director of Technical Services from SCT (Secretaria de Comunicaiones y Transportes) discussed iRAP in his presentation ‘iRAP – Road Safety through a preventative approach’ to 300 attendees.

SCT a Road Authority in Mexico, where iRAP delivered projects during 2012 – 2015 for more than 40,000 km of road assessments.  Eng. Vinicio Andres Serment Guerro discussed the iRAP methodology, focussing on the Star Rating process, delivered results of previous assessments and future work.
